NIPPON DIESEL SERVICE GMBH is a supplier of marine engine spare parts and equipment. Our company provides first class, flexible and customized services to our customers. One pillar of the company’s success is a proper ethical conduct in business and to deal fairly and respectfully both amongst employees and business partners.

This CoC is our ethical guideline and we expect all staff and business partners to obey to these standards in their daily work. We are convinced that only by living the values of this Code of Conduct this will support effective working conditions and a safe working environment, furthermore our good reputation and assist to achieve our overall goal of providing an excellent performance to our customers and to maintain an internal business climate of respect and hence productive work.

We expect all employees and business partners to share these ethics and to conduct all business activities in full compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

In addition to that, this Code of Conduct reflects our common ethical standards at our company. It shall be used as an ethical guideline in our daily business.

For this reason, all employees shall make themselves familiar with the following Code and always act according to it as well as to all legal rules.

The company respects every employee´s right to get fair labour conditions. This includes labour time, labour duties, salary, labour safety and also a respectful dialogue.

The employees nationality, ethnical background, religion, gender, age, social background or whether being disabled or not must not have any effect on the labour conditions in our company.

We support a business culture which allows our staff to develop their fullest personal potential.

Sexual harassment is entirely unacceptable and will be avenged.

Safe working surrounding and health protection are taken care of by the management. It is crucial to supply a healthy and a safe working environment. Any risks that may occur in of our working processes must be understood by the staff and minimized by the management, in order to safeguard the health of our company members. Also the working environment is subject to constant improvement by the management.

The environmental national and local guidelines will be respected by both the management and the staff. Any attempt of fraud, blackmailing or bribery of staff or of cooperating companies will not be tolerated.
